MEDICAL SCHEME FOR RETIRED EMPLOYEES
KIOCL Limited has introduced Medical Scheme for the welfare of Retired employees to avail medical facilities through third party insurance Scheme (medi-claim insurance policy).
The retired employees are requested to download the application format and fill the necessary information and submit the same to HR depart of Corporate office in Bangalore after making payment as presribed in application format.

PAYMENT OF ADMIN CHARGES FOR THE YEAR 2021-22
THE MEMBERS ARE HEREBY INFORMED TO PAY THE ADMIN CHARGES OF Rs. 1000/- PER PERSON FOR THE YEAR 2021-22 ON OR BEFORE 30.11.2020 TO THE KIOCL RETIRED EMPLOYEES MEDICAL TRUST THROUGH DEMAND DRAFT OR NEFT MODE [FROM MEMBER BANK ACCOUNT] ONLY.
MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO MAKE A NOTE THE ABOVE AND PAID DEATILS TO BE INTIMATED THROUGH EMAIL [email@example.com] OR BY POST ALONG WITH THE FORMAT IN THE LINK. CLICK HERE FOR THE FORMAT

PLEASE NOTE: MEMBERS WHO WERE UNABLE TO CONTINUE TO AVAIL THE MEDICAL FACILITIES UNDER THE SCHEME, FOR THE REASON WHATSOEVER, THEIR ENROLLMENT WILL BE DISCONTINUED WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
IN SUCH CASES, IF THE MEMBER AGAIN WISH TO CONTINUE TO AVAIL THE MEDICAL FACILITY, HE/SHE HAS TO ENROLL AFRESH, BY PAYING ENOLLMENT FEE AS PER THE SCHEME. SUCH ENROLLED MEMBERS CASES WILL BE CONSIDERED ONLY FOR THE NEXT COMMENCEMENT YEAR OF THE EXISTING POLICY FOR THAT YEAR.
THE RETIRED EMPLOYEES WHO ARE WILLING TO NEWELY ENROLL IN THE SCHEME CAN SUBMIT THE APPLICATION DURING THE MONTH OF NOVEMEBER EVERY YEAR AND THEIR ENROLLMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED DURING THE BEGINING OF THE POLICY ONLY.
