AND SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS (STC) OF THE E-AUCTION. INCASE OF ANY CONFLICT OR
DIFFERENCES AMONG ANY PROVISIONS OF GTC, BSTC & STC, THE PROVISIONS OF STC WILL
SUPERCEDE OTHERS IN THE PARTICULAR E-AUCTION.

Guide
i) Bidders after
successful login will get three new links at their homepage as:
A) Pay Pre Bid EMD B) EMD Refund Request C) EMD Ledger
ii) Pre Bid EMD must be paid by the bidder (NEFT/RTGS) through this first link
(Pay Pre Bid EMD) only. Refund to bidder as per their online request will also
be processed on the next working day. In order to participate in bidding for
lots which require pre bid EMD, the bidder is required to have sufficient
balance in the EMD wallet provided to the bidder for the purpose. A bidder can
add money to its EMD wallet anytime through e-payment mode only and by following
the link Pay Pre Bid EMD provided in the dashboard. Bidders in their own
interest are advised to keep sufficient balance in their EMD wallet to bid in
any auction and avoid any last minute hiccup. MSTC/Seller shall not be
responsible for any delay in crediting of the money in MSTCs bank account due to
any reason resulting in delay in updating the EMD wallet of the bidder.
iii) This pre-bid EMD cannot be used for any other purpose. Bidders can check
the status of EMD through the third link provided as EMD Ledger where both
deposit, refund and consumption details will be reflected.
iv) Bidders are advised to pay pre-bid EMD atleast one day in advance from the
e-auction date.
v) Payment must be made from bidder's registered bank account with MSTC portal.
3rd Party payments will not be accepted.
vi) A single Challan can be utilized only once. Multiple payments made to single
challan cannot be accounted for. For every new transaction ,new/fresh challan
should be generated for making payment (as every time new account number will be
generated)
